Dress Rehearsal!

Emma had dress rehearsal tonight for her dance recital this Sunday. They were all so cute. As you can see, she was really getting into the tap dance! Emma and her friends, Haley and Katelyn, have taken dance together for the last 3 years. I wish I could post the pictures of the three of them together at their first recital! They've grown up so much.

Ella's 3 Month Portraits!

I finally got Ella's 3 month portraits back from being framed. I Love Them!! They turned out better than I could have imagined! They were taken by Tracy Young, here in Auburn. She did a fantastic job!

6 Months Old!!

Ella turned 6 Months old yesterday! It's hard to believe how fast 6 months goes by. She's changed so much from the time she was born! We've had so much fun with her these last 6 months and can't wait to see what the next 6 will bring!

Poor Baby Rabbit!

Our cat, Bailey (better known as the "rabbit serial killer"), found another victim last night. Luckily, we were able to rescue the poor thing before he got to it! Somehow, it had a long piece of grass tangled around its foot. His little foot was really red and swollen. We didn't want to let it go since it couldn't get around to well on its hurt foot, so we gave it to our neighbor who is a student at the Vet School. She took it to the school to see if they could help it. It was a happy ending for this little bunny.........let's hope the next one will be as fortunate!

Playing At The Park!

Jeb has been gone more than usual lately, studying for his finals (a week and three days of school left...Praise the Lord!), so the girls and I decided to make the best of it by going to the park! We all had so much fun! The weather was great! It was Ella's first trip, so she especially had a good time! She loved the swing. Emma did a little bit of everything. I don't think she sat down for more than 5 minutes in the whole 2 hours we were there! By the time we got ready to leave they were both exhausted! It was a fun day!!

Ella's New Shoes!

Ella loves her new shoes! To her, it's just another thing to chew on. I guess that doesn't really matter since she won't be walking around in them anytime soon!

She's definitley not a baby anymore! I can't believe Emma will soon be 7 years old! She's turned into such a "little lady". I love her so much!!

Ella's New Swimsuit!

Ella's new swimsuit came in today and, of course, we had to try it on. I can't wait until we get to put it to good use! Emma got one to match it but she didn't want to have her picture made in it just yet......she's such a girl! Hopefully soon I'll have some cute pictures to post of them on the beach in their matching swimsuits.....I can't wait!

More Carrots!

Ella loves the carrots! At first, we just thought it felt good on her little gums since she is teething, but now I think she actually likes them! Either way, it's hilarious to watch!

Night, Night!

Emma has been asking if Ella can sleep in her room so I let El lay with her for a few minutes the other night. It took all of about 5 minutes for Emma to get tired of her wiggling and not being able to hear her show and that was the end of Ella sleeping with Emma! She hasn't asked again!
