Christmas at the Lamons ~

Rounding out our Christmas festivities for 2008 was Christmas with my family in Birmingham! It's one of the few times that we're able to be there together! It gets a little crazy, but I don't think any of us would have it any other way! This year's highlight was when Ella was introduced to Molly, my Mamaw and Papa's shih tzu! That child isn't scared of anything! She kept leaning over so Molly could lick her head (gross, I know..but hilarious!) Her hair was standing straight up (think "Something About Mary").

I love spending time with my sisters (contrary to what they might think). I love sitting around with them talking about stupid things we used to do and laughing so hard that we're all crying! This year is probably going to be our toughest yet, as a family. With the devastating news that Loni and Justin received, it definitely made Christmas bittersweet. Fortunately, we all know what the true meaning of CHRISTmas is, and it's because Christ was born that we have somewhere to turn when times get hard! We are, and always will be, a strong family and with the guidance of Christ and the comfort and support of wonderful friends and family, we WILL get thru this together!

Happy New Year to everyone!

It was a great Christmas as always and we are so blessed.....we have so many things to be thankful for. Loni and Justing are strong and know they are loved and also know that God will never leave us....so although we all are hurting He will see us through....

Yes, God is good to all of us. We are "all" blessed. While Loni is carrying "baby Maddie", God is carrying her and Justin through this difficult time.
We love you all!!!
