Emma has decided that since she has been blessed with such a fabulous head of pretty blonde hair, that she is going to let it grow out and give it to Locks of Love! Like most of Emma's ideas, I'm not sure where this one came from. However, it is a very generous and selfless idea for a 7 year old! Until now, she's ALWAYS had short hair (and got tons of compliments on it)! While I am so proud of her for making this commitment, I must say that maintaining this long, very THICK hair is a chore! It's been growing for almost 2 months now. We only have about 8 more months to go to get enough length for Locks of Love! I'll post more pictures as it gets longer!

I have to agree, Emma has beautiful, blonde, thick hair and she should let it grow long at least once. As for "Locks of Love", I am sure some little girl will have a BIG smile one day due to Emma's generosity. Way to go Emma!!!! You make us all proud!
